What should I bring to my pet’s first visit?
Please bring any medical records or vaccination history, your pet’s current medications, and a list of any questions or concerns you have. First-time clients can also complete our New Client Form online to save time at check-in.
Do you offer emergency services?
We are not an emergency facility, but we can often accommodate urgent care needs during regular business hours. If your pet is experiencing an emergency after hours, please contact one of Spokane’s dedicated emergency veterinary hospitals.
Do you offer prescription refills or an online pharmacy?

Yes, we offer convenient prescription refills through our online pet pharmacy. You can request refills and manage your pet’s medications anytime, from anywhere. Contact us if you need help accessing the pharmacy or renewing a prescription.
